Provide all necessary information about trip bookings ASAP.
Reduce user confusion/dissatisfaction about their upcoming/ongoing trips.
GOAL:
Ensure Makemytrip app is THE place to look when seeking any booking related information.
ROLE:
I designed overview cards for each booking to provide users important & contextual details of their trip immediately when they open the app. (goodbye searching for pesky emails/documents)

Search forms 2.0 & Header unification (2020)
CHALLENGE:
Inconsistent interaction across flights, hotels, trains and buses (primary lines of businesses) that lead to customer frustration and confusion.
GOAL:
Unify the search interaction and the result page filters for a more simple and consistent experience.
ROLE:
I redesigned the landing search forms for flight, hotel, trains & buses.
I also redesigned the succeeding result pages for these areas to provide the same user values.
IMPACT:
In the first week, usage jumped from 88 to 89.5% (flights) & 86 to 87.5% (hotels)
Since 2018, the new design has remained unchanged despite Makemytrip’s redesign/rebranding cycles, proving its lasting impact.
